Option: economic and social development Dr. Franck Koman has completed his Postgraduate diploma in sociology of economic and social development at the University Félix Houphouët Boigny of Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire. He obtained his PhD in sociology at the University Félix Houphouët Boigny. His doctorate involves research on the impact of the land on urbanization and reports of opposition between official authorities and usual authorities around the production of the ground in process of urbanization of the district of Abidjan. Prior to that I completed a master’s degree of research in sociology of economic and social development at the University Félix Boigny. Since 2015, I am researcher at the YRRE (Young Researchers in Real Estate) based in France, and member of PLPR (International Academic Association on Planning, Law, and Property Rights).
