Pradeep Kumar Dubey is a Doctoral Scholar (Environmental Science and Technology) at Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India, and pioneer commission member of Agroecosystem Specialist Group of CEM, IUCN. Since past six years his research interest lies in exploring various Sustainable Agricultural Practices for ensuring food, nutrition, health, well-being and livelihood security in North India. Specifically, he is interested in low external input sustainable agriculture (LEISA), climate resilient, resource conserving agricultural practices and Nature- based solutions (NbS) for land-soil management and agri-environmental sustainability. His work engagements are in merit for United Nation Sustainable Development Goals. He auhored research publications in international good impact scientific journals, for example Journal of Environmental Management (IF 6.789), Journal of Cleaner production (IF 9.297), Anthropocene Science, Energy Ecology and Environment, Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment (IF 11.123), Ecological Indicator (IF 4.958), Agronomy MDPI (IF 3.417), Soil and Tillage Research (IF 5.374), Current Research in Environmental Sustainability and others. He is Lead Author in Springer Book pubished on 'Adaptive Agricultural Practices, Building resilience under Changing Climate'. Currently he is editing Springer Book on 'Plant Nutrition and Soil Carbon Sequestration' and Elsevier Book on 'Land Restoration for Achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals'. His has editorial engagements and expert reviewing in journals of scientific repute. He is on Reviewer Board in Agronomy (MDPI); Guest Edited special issue on 'Resource Conserving Agricultural Practices for Ecological Sustainability' in Agriculture (MDPI). Currently Guest Editing two more special issue in Elsevier on topic 'Climate Change and Soil Interactions' and 'Managing Agroecosystems for Food and Nutritional Security' in Environmental Challenges and Current Research in Environmental Sustainability (CRSUST) Journals respectively. He is responsibly holding positions as Managing Editor in 'Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability' (CCES) Journal, Editorial Member in Agroecosystem Specialist Group of CEM-IUCN, and July 2021 onwards Assistant Editor in new launched Springer Journal 'Anthropocene Science'. He mobilises people and handles Social Media official page (having >2.7k followers from all over globe) of Agroecosystem Specialist Group as Page Manager. In India he serves as resource person, young scientist, speaker, trainer, and expert judge in various forums funded by national government (Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, MOEF; NCSTS-DST; National Children Science Congress, India), educational institutions (including school, colleges, university), science academy (National Academy of Science, India (NASI) and its local Varanasi chapter), private company CSR (ReNew Power Limited), and international bodies (APN and CEM-IUCN).
