Soto la Marina TAM 87678Full-time professor at Universidad del Mar de Tamaulipas (UTMarT), México. Oceanographer, Ph D. candidate in Geography at UNAM. After almost 20 years of experience as a private environmental consultant I integrate my self in a very challenging project that is to develop a rural university in one of the Mexican northern states whit the highest level of violence an poverty. My main motivation, as it was for some of my predecessors, is the construction not only of a better but a good reality, that is necessary for the youngest to be happy and proud of our land. My reward is to do so without resigning to my passion: enjoying the coastal nature.
