The University of Queensland is seeking to appoint a 2-year postdoctoral research fellow to model global land use and biodiversity impacts of mining the materials needed for a renewable energy transition. The postdoc will be based in Brisbane, Australia, but work with a large group of international collaborators in Europe and the UK. The position is well suited to someone with strong quantitative skills, experience in modelling land use and/or biodiversity change, and a keen interest in conservation and sustainability science.
