Fundraising and Operations Senior Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Fundraising and Operations Senior Coordinator will provide fundraising support for the 40+ staff members of the Moore Center for Science.   Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance and Operations, this position will facilitate the development of high quality technical proposals and concept notes and track the status of proposals and incoming agreements.

In addition, the position will work closely with the Director of Development to provide donor stewardship to our donor base and partners, analyze our fundraising metrics and assist in stewardship of our Science Advisory Board. 

The position will also be responsible for general reporting metrics for the division and other administrative duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proposal Facilitation and Oversight - Assist with the development of high-quality proposals and concept papers.   Ensure proposal packages are complete, meet donor specifications and adhere to internal and external approval policies
• Donor Oversight and Stewardship - Manage reporting deadlines and ensure quality control and compliance with donor requirements.
• Fundraising Analysis - Track fundraising efforts in Raiser’s Edge and related databases; Prepare fundraising reports and analysis and create presentations.
• Bi-Annual Reporting Produce bi-annual reporting on divisional metrics to include Fundraising, human resources, communications (publications) and other statistics.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
