We are pleased to invite you to the fifth iDiv conference, the most important annual iDiv event that brings together experienced and young iDiv scientists. The conference provides an interactive forum for scientific exchange as well as for establishing new contacts and collaborations within the iDiv consortium.
The goal of this year’s conference is doing science together and kicking-off the 3rd funding phase, i.e. discussing approaches and planning next steps. It will be important to show to the DFG, the public and the scientific community that within the bridge year we can already provide first projects and results with regard to our new research questions, strategic projects, and support units.
To achieve this, we will facilitate hands-on workshop sessions, with less presentations and more interactive formats. We will structure the contributions along the 18 questions in the iDiv renewal proposal, the strategic projects and support units. Based on demand, we may focus on a selected set of questions and projects.
In addition, the conference will include the 2020 GMA for all members.
